Absolutely. We often collaborate with marketing teams, PR agencies, and internal creative departments. We act as an extension of your team, bringing your brand to life in a live, three-dimensional space — seamlessly aligned with your existing campaigns.

Q: How far in advance should we book?

For large-scale corporate events or nonprofit galas, we recommend booking at least 4–6 months in advance. For brand activations or smaller design concierge projects, 3–4 months allows enough time for creative development and production.

Q: Do you travel for events?

Yes. While based in Minnesota, we are available to produce and designs events nationwide. Travel and logistics are customized to your event scope. Our team is always open to new markets and destination partnerships.

Q: What is your pricing structure?

Design Concierge services are quoted based on the scope, scale, and level of customization required. We offer flat-rate creative direction packages or full-service design retainers for larger brand and nonprofit events. A proposal is provided after your initial consultation.
